Like I did in 2012, and ended up addicted to anything that would numb the rejection.
As Tony Robbins, puts it: "The only way to deal with rejection is to change the meaning you give it." Rejection can lead to a spiral of negative self-talk, self-doubt, and a feeling of unworthiness. It's crucial to recognize the negative impact it can have on our mental health and take steps to counteract it.

These strategies may include fixing self-talk and thought patterns, engaging in self-care activities, and seeking support from loved ones. By taking the time to work through the emotional toll of rejection, we can come out stronger and more resilient on the other side.
